The main entrance to Tudie's Cottage, just off Cornerstone Lane, opens onto a large screened-in porch. The house has 2 queen bedrooms, a third small bedroom with a twin bed and a twin loveseat, a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 full baths accessed from each of the queen bedrooms. It is approximately 1350 square feet.

Built in 1868, Tudie's Cottage is the second oldest home in Nashville. From the 1930s, it was the residence of the manager of the Village Motel which was located on a portion of what is now the campus of Cornerstone Inn.

Tudie Kuhn owned and operated the Village Motel from the early 1960s to 2000 and was a beloved neighbor and friend. The physical address is 123 East Main Street, just one block from the very center of downtown Nashville.
